Now I don't "decide" to study. At 6 PM on a Monday, my Study profile kicks in whether I meant to start or not. Half the battle of studying is walking into the library; this skipped that battle entirely.

And Brainy, the built-in AI chat, became my tireless TA. But here's the trick — I restricted it to the subject of the current session. So during biology, it only answered biology questions. No "explain this meme," no tangent about quantum physics at 2 AM. Focused help only.

I didn't study more hours. I studied better hours.
My total focus time went up maybe 15%. But the quality of those hours was unrecognizable. I finished labs in single sessions instead of dragging them across three evenings. I stopped checking my phone during reading. By week ten I was ahead, not behind, on everything.
