I used to start every week reactive.
Monday morning would hit, and I'd scramble — checking emails, figuring out priorities, wondering what I was supposed to be working on.
By Tuesday, I was already behind.
Now I spend 30 minutes every Sunday setting up the week. And Monday mornings feel like momentum instead of chaos.
Step 1: Brain dump (5 min)
Write down everything on your mind. Tasks, worries, ideas. Get it out of your head.
Step 2: Pick the big three (5 min)
What are the three most important things to accomplish this week? Not ten. Three.
Step 3: Schedule focus blocks (10 min)
Use Weekly Scheduler in Deep Focus to block time for each priority. Monday 9-12: Task 1. Tuesday 9-11: Task 2.
Step 4: Prep your environment (10 min)
Close all browser tabs. Clear your desktop. Set up your workspace so Monday morning you can just start.

I stopped starting every week from scratch. The decisions are already made. The time is already blocked. Monday morning, I just execute.
30 minutes on Sunday saves hours of decision fatigue during the week.
You can't control what happens during the week. But you can control how you enter it.
